I've been going to our professor's font links and looking around for an appropriate font. It's kind of interesting to realize how a simple curve or angle adjustment can give a viewer a completely different impression. Font style is something I never really thought about too much outside of this class, but I see how it can make a huge difference subconsciously to your audience. It tells a lot about who you are or what your company is about.
Hi Scott
Thanks for your comments to my site. I appreciate it and have updated keeping in mind what you said. Check out the changes and let me know what you think. I have lots of fonts (I'm sort of a font freak having worked in publishing for some years--it grows on you). You can take much time trying out different fonts but it's fun! It's just too bad that they haven't figured out a way yet to allow you to put up whatever fonts you want and the viewer will see them. I remember years ago there was some way you could put the fonts on your server and work out the formatting on your webpage so the viewer would pull up your fonts. Apparently, it didn't work that well or everyone would be doing it. Or did I just dream that? Ummmm.
